Jean-Charles Rochoux takes a very classic approach to the designs of his chocolate. His shop is full of classical figures made out of chocolate, and his signature piece is an enormous torso.
I wanted to capture the clean, classical feel of the shop, while using rich browns to express the luxury of the chocolate.
